GymChad is a mobile workout log for iOS and Android: training programs, workout sessions, set tracking, performance statistics and personal records. An optional subscription, GymChad Pro, unlocks private groups with an automatic feed of members' workout milestones. The app is published by Mathieu Gries-Peroz (France) — contact@gymchad.app. By using GymChad you accept these terms.
The core log works without an account. An account (Google Sign-In) is required for cloud backup and groups. You are responsible for the activity on your account and must be at least 15 years old to create one. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Groups are private spaces built around training milestones. When using them you agree to: choose a username and profile picture that are not offensive, impersonating or misleading; share invitation codes only with people you trust; and not use groups to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
GymChad is a logging tool, not a source of medical or coaching advice. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training program. You exercise at your own risk; listed exercises, demonstrations and statistics are provided for information only.
Your training data remains yours. The app, its name, design and content (except the data you create) belong to the publisher. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
We work to keep GymChad reliable — your log is stored on your device first, so it works offline — but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms; substantial changes will be announced in the app and the effective date above updated. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable. Disputes go to the competent courts after an attempt at amicable resolution (contact@gymchad.app).
